Patar Beach, Bolinao, Pangasinan

Posting good vibes again with my happiness crew! As promised, I'll be posting more of Bolinao, so here goes! Hope you guys like it here as much as we have!
It was one of the best days of the year but the truth is, it was just a simple 2-day stay, a simple beach, a simple hut, a simple morning, with simple people. In a time where technology took over our lives, we've never enjoyed the simple things this way before. What a blessing!
We checked in at 8:00 pm, we were lucky the owner agreed to our bargained price that night. Some of us were even hesitant 'cause they're scared ('cause it was dark and secluded), but I and a few of us have seen this hut in photos, and we convinced everybody we should stay here instead. Majority wins! LOL
We thanked God for the day's blessings and finally dined for the night. Moments followed, acoustic night with the kiddos and the dog. We didn't make them drink liquor though, we handed them food and snacks instead. We're still good adults haha! :)
We decided to continue our merry night by the beach, I thought it was absurd 'cause the way down was dark and a little far away lol. But we all got down, again, majority wins.
The kids prepared a lovely bonfire for us that night.
Thus, we continued our session by the beach! Awesome!
What's even more awesome was when we all lied down quietly and looked up at the stars. I've never seen the night sky so clear and bright. I caught 5 falling stars that night, for real! Patty caught 4, I think... We got sleepy just lying there, the sound of the ocean was our music while we were bullying each other. Everyone had their thing going. A lot of good jokes happened that night and only we know what they were. Good times!
Morning came, it was all we ever needed, the view was absolutely breathtaking.
First things first, breakfast must be served. The kids prepared hot water for us. We were handing them money for their labors of course. They're good boys with dreams, hope someday we'll meet them and know they're doing good in life. And by doing good I mean Happy.
A big hello from the hungry rabbits! We are all born on the year of the rabbit 1987 baby! I like that we're all morning people here haha ^_^
Marc brought a frisbee, and they played like kids again. Young and wild and free! This is something we can't do in the city anymore. They even let the kids play with them.
Hey there!!
Spotted a fallen flower on the ground, ever colorful and vibrant.
Few more kids came by, offering us souvenirs. Just what I needed, ref magnets. These are the only souvenirs I take home on trips. Our ref gets more colorful each trip! My favorites are from iloilo with colorful feathers on top of maskaras.
We bought from all the kids so they'll all have some money to bring home. I buy local whenever I visit a place in support to the kids and families living on my destinations in my little way. I think it's still a good cause. It also helps that you inspire them to go to school and get education while there's opportunity.
Going back to the beach... more fun in the sand and water
So much happiness in one photo! Beach bums for life!!

When we finally got our beach fix, it was time to get some snacks back up and prepare for the day's adventure. By the way, we were hit by an earthquake that night, bolinao being the center of it. Our place was on stilts, we felt were awaken that night but fell sleep again cause it stopped after a few minutes, hehe.

Other places you might want to visit in Bolinao:
Enchanted Cave, Patar, Bolinao, Pangasinan
Bolinao Lighthouse
Leaving this beautiful house for now... thank you for the memories...
Thanks for reading! 'til the next destination guys ;)
